Representing the Bond County Highway Department, Hutson & Associates was tasked with the preparation of plans and specifications for the overlaying of 2.25 miles of FAS RT 783 in Bond County, Illinois. Requiring State funding through Illinois Department of Transportation District 8, these plans and specifications were developed in accordance with IDOT specifications and were submitted to, and approved by IDOT District 8 staff.
The scope of services also included a 200 foot wide topographic survey used in analyzing vertical alignment, horizontal alignment, and grade conformity with current IDOT requirements and specifications. Hutson & Associates worked closely with a structural engineering consultant who was simultaneously working on bridge improvements within the project area, to ensure continuity in vertical and horizontal alignments.
Hutson & Associates provided engineering and surveying services for the Our Lady Queen of Peace project, a 60 acre development consisting of a 71 lot planned unit development, The Villas at Richland Estates, and site plan for a new 30 acre church and school. Hutson professionals performed the ALTA survey for the 60 acre site, prepared the subdivision plats, and developed improvement plans for the planned unit development. Hutson & Associates is providing construction staking for The Villas at Richland Estates, a twin-home residential development currently under construction. Hutson professionals are also currently working with architects in developing the site plan for the church and school site.
Hutson & Associates provided engineering and surveying services for Rock Creek Subdivision, a 20 lot residential subdivision in Jerseyville, Illinois. Working closely with the client and the City of Jerseyville, our professional staff completed the Preliminary Subdivision Plat, Improvement Plans and Final Subdivision Plat, and obtained the required IEPA and NPEDS permits. Hutson & Associates provided comprehensive engineering and surveying services for this project from beginning to end, starting at conceptual design through construction staking.
With site conditions demanding a complicated storm sewer and retention basin design, Hutson & Associates was selected to meet the challenge by providing engineering design services for the Schreiber Farms Subdivision, an 88 lot, 32 acre residential subdivision located in Bethalto, Illinois. Providing extensive coordination between the owner and the Village of Bethalto, Hutson professionals prepared Improvement Plans in accordance with the Village storm water ordinances that provided a superior design and led to a successfully constructed project.
